The best thing about living in the building we do is that we have so many cool neighbours, who have been so very welcoming. It's like acquiring an extended family overnight. Almost every day, we hang out with one or more of the nieghbours, either for playtime, drinks, dinner, or a walk through Indian Village. It's a super social existence.
The hottest news in our building at the moment is that Awesome Downstairs Neighbour had the most gorgeous baby girl two weeks ago. Pebbles has basically been DYING to hold the baby since last June, when she first heard it was coming. Yesterday she finally got her wish.
I have to admire the bravery of Awesome Downstairs Neighbour for allowing my hyperactive, germ ridden wild child the opportunity to hold and feed the baby. Pebbles held and rocked the baby off and on for an hour, it was so cute that my ovaries nearly exploded. Fortunately, Stone is in Holland all week, so hopefully the desire to immediately have another dozen or so babies will have worn off by the time he returns.
Hey Stone, maybe now would be a good time to follow through on your threats to get a Vasectomy?
